Wrong train of thought here. Unless you see the driver listed in the HP driver page it has no gurantee that it will work properly. System that are too outdated in system most likely will not get support for Windows 10 drivers as oppose to system that are 1-2 years old.
There will be too many old hardware out there for them to make a support for it when the support was for only 1 year during the warranty period and only then if they were a update would they post it but not after the warranty period is over then the support is paid support assuming they have Windows 10 support for older machines.
